I have been so busy this summer…crazy busy is kind of an understatement right now.  But that is what I love about summer…the kids all coming in my office and going to the pool on a whim. So kicking off my “trying to be good to the blog” moment…I thought this is a perfect session to feature with a slideshow.  I just love this family and it has been an honor just to see K grow.  A miracle baby with parents that adore her and she just lights up everyone with that smile.  You can tell by this show just how much fun we had.  And yes we ran a lot!!  A lot and it was so fun!!!

More Senior stuff coming soon, and I had so much fun with Breanne.  We hit a few different locations and came out with so many great ones…I just had to do a slideshow.  This was a super fun session and that’s what a senior session is all about.  Enjoy the show…

Liz Broxton: Danita - Thank you so much for making Breanne's Senior pictures so special! Breanne loved the photo shoot so much, she wants to do another one!

I had such a blast with this family and check out these beauties.  These little ones were so sweet and sassy…so that’s my nickname for them right now (and I love these ages…super fun, a little on the sassy side and all spunk…my happy place :).  We ran, played, and jumped all over mom and dad.  Everything from the location to the kids were perfect…we had so much fun and I think that it shows.   Here are some of my favs…actually there were way too many to choose from but at least here’s a portion of my favs… :)

amy coe- inspire portrait: Jacksonville is so lucky to have talent like yours! I love watching your light shine!!!

Jackie: Wow these family pictures look super fun!

She’s one!  This little one year old was way too cute in her pink and white birthday outfit.  With a little help from us she gladly dug in to that cake and got a little bit messy.  I say let the babies eat cake and have fun.  I had a lot of fun on this session and talk about a good baby…she deserved that cake!  Ahh to be one again…check out that sweet face…love that!

I had such an extremely fun and meaningful last couple of weeks…these children are from Afghanistan.  They were brought to Jacksonville to stay with some wonderful families who opened their hearts and homes.  I learned a lot from these children.  Not only are they very resilient but they are such loving and caring kids.  Regardless of a language barrier or any medical issues these children really just like to have fun and they also really like silly bands :)  I feel truely blessed to have photographed them and their host American families.   Solace for the Children is a great organization and a blessing to these children…if you are able to donate to this wonderful cause…you can make your donations to the Jacksonville division and it will serve the kids who come to our area.  While they are here in Jax, they receive much needed medical and dental care that they can’t get at home along with lots of love from these very caring families who volunteer.  Check out the slideshow of these amazing kids…

This was such a great session…we totally played and just plain had fun.  Little baby B. looked so adorable in this bowl and she is so sweet.  Check out all that red hair and with the blue eyes…makes my heart melt.  I think these looks say a lot about her personality.  She’s got a lot to take in with brother and sister who showed me a lot of personality and energy.  I even came home with a homemade piece of jewelry that I will treasure from big sister…compliments of the next generation fashion jewelry designer.  Love the band-aids what can I say…that just screams kids to me (I could take them out but you know I think they may need to stay :)  We even got to chase some crabs on the beach…can’t beat a day like that :)

This couple is so much fun.  We had a blast at our maternity session and now the baby is here!  Baby G. is such an adorable little guy and he was a perfect little model for me.   I absolutely loved his patriotic room with stars and planes which is perfectly fitting since Daddy is a Naval pilot.  Celebrating this new beginning with such a wonderful family is truely a blessing for me.  Thought this was the perfect post for Memorial Day when we are celebrating how grateful we are for all the military who give up so much for us along with their families that deserve to be honored.  There were so many to choose from but these were a few of my favorites…

I absolutely love these and I have so much fun with this family.  I can’t wait to see what happens in the future and how adorable she is going to be at a year.  This session was just a fun session and it’s hard to believe half of a year has already gone by.  Looking forward to next time and these just make me love springtime!

This was such a great session…baby slept the first half and then was awake for the second half.  Giving us the best of both worlds…We even got the doggie Gina to cooperate for a few and she’s a little camera shy.  I just love this image of mom and baby.  Check out baby P’s bright eyes as she poses for me in her froggie chair…I love that!

Happy New Year a little late!  Thanks to everyone for making this a really busy Christmas season for me.  I thought I would start the new year off right with a highlight of a brand new beautiful baby.  We caught baby C. with the biggest smile ever.  It doesn’t get any better than that.  And check out those beautiful lips.  I have had a great time with this couple…only about a month before our newborn session, we did a maternity session at the beach.  This image was caught as they were waiting for their beautiful baby girl’s arrival.  I can’t forget about the other member of the family whose life changed when baby came home (better know as Max)…I love seeing the four legged “first” baby on the move too…that makes me smile.
