About

I’m a coastal landscape artist based in Jacksonville, Florida, painting somewhere between impressionism and realism. You’ll usually find me with a paintbrush in hand and sand between my toes, capturing ocean views, beachside palm trees, and wide-open skies.

More importantly, I’m a wife, a mom of three, and a proud dog mom. Life is full and beautifully messy — and I paint to slow it down. Painting reminds me (and hopefully you) to pause and notice the beauty God placed all around us.

My work is rooted in movement and memory. I’m drawn to quiet moments, shifting light, and familiar coastal scenes that feel both grounding and nostalgic. I paint primarily in oils and acrylics, with the occasional watercolor or photographic element woven in — always letting the subject and story lead.

You’ll often find touches of joy, calm, and sometimes a bit of nerdy history tucked into my pieces. Whether it’s a seascape, a nursery animal, or a sun-drenched palm tree, each painting is meant to feel like a small exhale — something that invites you to linger.

When I’m not in the studio, I also help fellow creatives through my web design and brand strategy work at Design Kangaroo — but painting is where my heart settles.
