Two reasons—to me, water represents my rescue:
"He reached down from on high and took hold of me; he drew me out of deep waters." - 2 Samuel 22:17
Reason #2—water represents my salvation:
'With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation." - Isaiah 12:3
I paint and photograph things to evoke nostalgia in my work, and I want to create images that allow us to reflect joy and peace.
We all need spaces to give us a sense of peace where we leave the rush of life for just a moment. Or, on the flip side, a fountain of nostalgia to take us back to a time when joy was our first thought.
I have probably been in your shoes.
I am a wife, a mom of 3, a dog mom, an artist, a photographer, a graphic designer, an entrepreneur, and yes, I could keep going. Most days, there is a coffee in my hand to keep up with the pace.
Every member of our house has questions, the dogs ran in with mud on their paws, and I have what seems like an endless list of checkboxes I need to push to the next day.
Life is busy.
Create space in your home for meaningful conversations, times of reflection, or to enjoy expressions of joy.
I'm honored you are here—take a look around and see the latest work as I create it.
