Shipping
You will receive a tracking number after your package has shipped. All our prints are shipped through either USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL to give you the best possible shipping experience according to your location. All our paintings are shipped by USPS or FedEx depending on your location.
How are prints shipped?
US Shipping: prints are shipped at a flat rate of $5.95 per order (no matter how many prints are ordered.)
International Shipping: prints are shipped at a flat rate of $11.95 per order (no matter how many prints are ordered.)
Fine art prints are carefully packaged and mailed in a tube for safe shipping.
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days.
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
How Are original paintings shipped?
US Shipping:
- Mini Paintings under 8″, US Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $10.
- Small Paintings 8″ to 12″, US Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $25.
- Medium Paintings 14″ to 18″, US Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $50.
- Large Paintings 20″ to 30″, US Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $75.
International Shipping:
- Mini Paintings under 8″, US International shipping is a flat rate of $20.

All of our paintings are carefully wrapped and shipped from Jacksonville, FL. We ship via USPS or FedEx.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for shipping of original paintings.
I paint in pastel, oil, and acrylic, all of which need to be carefully shipped accordingly. I securely wrap and ship all originals in a cardboard box via USPS or UPS. If you are International, let me know, and I will give you a quote for shipping. You can contact me here at: danita@danitabrooks.com
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control
and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so
please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your
purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us at danita@danitabrooks.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but
shipping will be at your own cost. The exception in this case would be if you ordered a painting and that might some additional time to reproduce. Please carefully check your address before checkout.
Where will my order ship from?
I work with a fulfillment company with facilities worldwide for my prints. Select special print collections and original paintings are shipped directly from my studio in Jacksonville, FL.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about
your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at danita@danitabrooks.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
If for some reason this happens, I want to resolve it quickly for you.
Here is the process:
- Please email me at danita@danitabrooks.com within one week with a photo of the damage, and any other details you may have about your order so we can share it with our printer.
- I’ll get back to you with a resolution and replacement asap.
- Shipping will also be included for a damaged print.
Returns
What’s your return policy?
All sales are final. We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let
us know by contacting us at danita@danitabrooks.com.
I want you to be incredibly pleased by my work—so I will make every attempt to give you the best information prior to purchase on an art piece or print, and the best service possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us at danita@danitabrooks.com with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
print sizing guide.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at danita@danitabrooks.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printers facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our printer’s facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Returns – All sales are final. We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let
us know by contacting us at danita@danitabrooks.com.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Originals
Where can I buy your original art?
You can purchase an original painting here.
Do you paint commission pieces?
I paint portraits and commission paintings at select times of the year. If you would like to be on my waiting list, contact me here to get on the list.
When I buy an original do i own the rights to it?
I retain all rights to the artwork I create, including the right to make prints of any of my artwork. The only exception is if the client purchases the full rights to the art which is in addition to purchasing a painting.
The client can display and enjoy the art in their home or business but may not reproduce the art for sale.
If you would like to purchase full rights to one of my pieces, let me know, and I would be glad to discuss it.

Are Your Prints detailed and what is the quality like?
All my prints are made by a professional partner—therefore, they are produced on professional equipment with pro inks and quality. If you have any questions at all about a print, please contact me here.
Copyright
Danita Brooks retains the rights to all of her art. When you purchase a print or painting, she retains the right to reproduce the original artwork into prints, and other products as well as license the art. Collectors can purchase partial rights to the art to ensure their original painting is not reproduced: please email danita@danitabrooks.com for more information.
You may not resell or reproduce Danita Brooks’s work without written permission.
