3 Water Recipes to Cool Down in Summer

3 Water Recipes to Cool Down in Summer

Flavored Water Bar…

It’s incredible how much better water tastes in fun glasses with colorful Ikea straws.

I recently became a big fan of getting my water in. To the point, I was even downloading apps to keep track of my daily water intake.

Since it has been so hot around here, we came up with a fun way to get the kids involved in drinking their water for the day by using real food to create a water bar. Ok so it’s not quite Starbucks to our crew, but when the temps reach 90 or above the water bar is the place to be.

Create your water bar with real food!

Fruit juice is so last year and loaded with sugar besides our crew can’t take sugar in mass quantity.

But let’s face it most of the time unless your dehydrated water is just plain dull.

Boring.

But water done right can be delightfully fun.

Bust out the mason jars, and colorful straws, to get started.

Set out some ingredients and let the kids be water baristas!
